About Reserva

Reserva is InteliCall AI's reservation product for restaurants. It answers your phone 24/7, takes bookings against real-time table availability, and talks to callers in whichever of 5 languages they use — English, German, Swiss German, Italian, or French — auto-detected, no menu of options to navigate.

Under the hood it pairs ElevenLabs voice AI for the phone conversation with Twilio for SMS confirmations, an admin dashboard your staff uses for reservations, table layout, and analytics, and an optional customer-facing web booking portal for guests who'd rather not call.

Reserva is already running in production for a live reference customer, Dali's Delights, and we're onboarding a small group of additional restaurants from the waitlist next.
