Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of intelicall.ai and InteliCall AI’s products, including InteliReviews, InteliCall Agents, and Reserva (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The Service uses AI to help restaurants manage online reviews, answer phone calls, and handle reservations. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it, including responses published under your name.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Pricing and pilot terms are agreed with you directly; any commercial terms you accept in writing take precedence over these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• Post fake reviews or misrepresent your business or its customers.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to call recording, automated calls and messages, and AI disclosure in the places where you operate, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (for example Google and Yelp). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

We own the Service and its underlying technology. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InteliCall AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
